when ive finished this meal i usually add 3 tablespoons of malt vinegar which gives it a tangy tomato taste!


Use Only Best Quality ingredients!!
serves = 8-10
FOR THE MEATBALLS!!
3LB lean minced beef
4 eggs
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1 bulb garlic
1 flat tablespoon salt
half flat tablespoon black pepper

FOR THE SAUCE!!
4 tins plum tomatoes
1 tube tomato puree
half cup of water
1 bulb garlic
half tablespoon basil + oregano
half tablespoon salt
quarter tablespoon black pepper
1 and a half tablespoon sugar
_ Spaghetti 2 packets

METHOD
THE SAUCE
mince 1 bulb of garlic & gently fry in a little olive oil until golden brown then put aside!.
In a different frying pan add a little olive oil & gently fry the tomato puree for about 2 minutes (be careful not to burn the puree)! then put aside!
put tomatoes in large pan & mash & pick out skins
add half cup water and bring to boil then turn down to simmer
add the cooked garlic & tomato puree
now add the oregano basil salt pepper & sugar & stir then leave to simmer.

METHOD
MEATBALLS
put mincemeat in a large bowl
mince 1 bulb of garlic & add to mincemeat
add eggs & salt & pepper & oregano + basil
Wash hands again & dry
using hands or whatever mix and blend the ingredients (well).
Make a mini burger about as big as your thumb, gently heat up some olive oil and fry till golden brown then taste to see if it needs more salt!!
now make your meatballs(about 4 inches wide) and gently fry turning frequently set those aside that are finished and finally add them to the sauce put on simmer for 1 hour,

when ready cook spaghetti & either mix it all together or serve spaghetti first
ENJOY!!!!PPS...remember to stir every 10 minutes for the last hour!!!

Useful tip = when frying the garlic for the sauce it needs to be JUST golden brown (dont over do it!)
Useful tip = fry the puree but dont over do it, its easy to burn & over cooking garlic or puree will make the meal taste bitter & burnt.....

BURGERS prepare the mince the same as for the previous meal only make them burger shaped, these burgers are Great!!!!

ONLY use beef!!, pork or lamb doesnt taste nice
