This recipe can be easily increased to make a large quantity. The sugar cube produces a steady supply of small bubbles -- just like the real thing.
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup club soda
1 sugar cube (optional)
Serves 1
Measure grape juice and club soda into champagne flute.
Stir gently.
Drop sugar cube into grape juice mixture.
Makes 1 cup.
