1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Heat the milk and butter to boiling point.
Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs until thick and add dry ingredients gradually.
Add milk mixture to egg mixture and beat well.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
