Sizzling Sirloin Steak


Choose a 1 - 1 1/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 1 to 1 1/2" thick. Diagonally slash outer edge of fat on steak at 1" intervals to prevent curling (do not cut into meat). Place meat on rack in broiler pan.

Broiling time for medium about 20 minutes; turn once.
