Skillet Chicken Rice

2 pound Chicken, Pieces
3 cup Mushrooms, Fresh, Chopped
4 Carrots, Peeled & Cut Into 1/2" Pieces
¾ cup Rice, Long Grain
½ cup Onion, Chopped
1 teaspoon Seasoning
1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cup Water

Spray a 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray coating. Brown skinned chicken pieces on all sides over medium heat 15 minutes. Remove chicken. Drain fat if neccessary. Add mushrooms, carrots, rice, onion, bouillon, poultry seasoning, water and salt. Place chicken atop rice mixture. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or till chicken and rice are done.
