1 1/2 pounds white peaches
1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Wash peaches, then peel them and chop coarsely after removing pit. Put peaches and sugar in food processor. Blend until liquified. Add lemon juice and blend for a few seconds longer. Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
