Spanish coffee -- lockerroom style

1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
n/a Coffee
1 oz. Half 'n Half
1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur

Coat rim of glass with cherry juice.
Rim glass with cinnamon and Sugar mixture.
Pour in Grand Marnier and light with a match Keep glass tilted and
rotate while flaming until rim is candied.
Add Kahlua, Irish Cream, Brandy, Half & Half and Chocolate Liquor.
Add Coffee to 1/2 inch below glass rim.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry and a sprinkle
of chocolate.
