200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
250 g sugar
5 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over hot water, then add the suger. wait for it to cool down a bit and add the eggs one at the time, mix well. add the flour and put in a large cake pan (25-28 cm) and cook at 180°C for at least 30 min, it depends on how big your pan is.
inside it has to be sticky, a bit like a pudding.
it tastes best cold, but also warm it is really yummy.
