Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato (I used one between 6 and 8 ounces)
- Nutella spread, about 1 tablespoon (hazelnut butter blended with chocolate)
- butter, honey, cinnamon - I used about 1 tablespoon each of butter and honey

Directions:
1. Preheat to 425 degrees F. the smallest oven you've got that will fit the sweet potato.
(unless you have other things to bake at 425 at the same time)
2. Take a fork and poke holes in the sweet potato all around.
3. Wrap the sweet potato in a paper towel and place on a microwave-safe plate.
4. Cook sweet potato on full power in microwave for "long enough." (I cooked my small potato for 3.5 minutes.)
5. Remove potato from microwave; unwrap from paper towel and re-wrap in foil.
6. Put foil-wrapped potato into oven and bake "long enough." (I baked mine for 15 minutes.)
7. Remove potato from oven; unwrap foil; place on plate; cut through with a sharp knife to split into halves.
8. Use a butter knife and fork to "work" the potato flesh soft, mashed and peeled-away from inside of skin.
9. Add butter by slices off a stick; throw on the dollop of Nutella; drizzle with honey.
10. Continue "working" the potato flesh to blend all ingredients to a pudding-like texture.
11. Top with sprinkling of cinnamon and serve while hot.
