Turkey Loaves with Warm Pineapple Salsa

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

SALSA
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
OR
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Servings: 4
1. Mix turkey, rolled oats, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper together thoroughly. Pack into 6 large greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 Deg. F. for 25 minutes.

2. Meanwhile combine all ingredients for salsa except parsley in a saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly and cook until clear and thickened. Stir in parsley. (Thin with water if too thick.) Serve warm salsa over loaves. Serve with cooked rice.
