12 pieces Individual Vanilla Cheesecakes
24 disks Basic Nougatine (Sesame Seed Variation)
24 Cups Tulipe Cookies (Tuile Batter), shaped into small cups
Apricot, Peach, Pear or Pineapple Sorbet (Raspberry Variation)
OR
One-Step Grapefruit Sorbet (Raspberry Variation)
Mango Sorbet, as needed
Coconut Sauce, as needed
Servings: 12
1. Unmold a cheesecake ramekin onto a plate. Stand two nougatine disks upright next to the cheesecake.

2. Place two Tulipe Cookie cups next to the cheesecake then fill on with a scoop of Raspberry Sorbet and the other with a scoop of Mango Sorbet.

3. Drizzle Coconut Sauce on the plate.
