Venison Chop with Sauce Zingara, Lentils with Root Vegetables

=Sear venison on both sides, cool. Mix together whipped cream, aioli, bread crumbs and horseradish. Spread thin layer on venison, roast in oven. Serve with zingara sauce and lentils
