1 oz. Blue Curacao

1 Lemon Peel
1 oz. Rock & Rye
2 oz. Bacardi Gold Reserve
Cut orange peel in a thin spiral, moisten, and coat with brown
sugar.
Place spiral in a heat-proof mug, add about 1/2 oz.
of warmed rum and flame until sugar is caramelized.
Add remainder of rum, rock & rye, curacao, and lemon peel, fill
with boiling water, and stir well.
