1 lb lean ground beef 1 ea chili powder to taste
2 c pasta 1/2 c jack cheese, grated
3 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 c frozen or leftover vegetable
4 servings
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling,
unsalted water until tender; drain. Add Worcestershire sauce to meat in
skillet; stir until mixed. Mix in chili powder to taste. Add pasta and
cheese; stir. Add vegetables and heat through. Serves 4.
