3 eggs 3
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1 tsp sugar 5 mL
1 cup flour 250 mL
1 cup milk 250 mL
1 tsp salad oil 5 mL

Have muffin tins sizzling hot in oven at 450°F/230°C and well greased. Now beat eggs until frothy. Add salt, sugar, flour, and half the milk; mix until smooth. Add remaining milk and oil and beat. Half fill hot muffin tins. Bake in hot oven at 450°F/230°C for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400°F/200°C and bake for 15 minutes more.

Do not open oven while baking!!!!!
