4 oz. Ginger Ale
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
muddle into a large glass half a lime cut in quarters, together with
half an orange slice and a teaspoon of brown sugar, fill the glass
with crushed ice, add liquors and top with ginger ale, decorate
with pineapple, orange slice, cherry and a mint sprig, stir before
serving.
