7 oz chocolate
2 oz butter
-
3 oz raisins
2 oz sugar (origional recipe 3oz.)
3 oz raisins
3 oz blanched almonds, finely chopped
7 oz petit beurre type biscuit - crushed
3 Tbsp orange and lemon peel - candied
2 egg yolks

=Soak the raisins in warm liquid until needed.
Melt chocolate with butter. Add all ingredients except for yolks over hot water, remove from heat, add yolks. Let cool, form into a cylinder.
