Chick Pea And Roasted Red Pepper Dip
1 can (540ml) Unico chick peas, rinsed and drained
1 jar (370ml) Unico flame roasted peppers, sliced or whole
1/2 cup sour cream
1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
