Apricot nectar adds an unexpected, delightful flavor to this thick raspberry smoothie.

1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1 cup apricot nectar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. liquid honey
6 ice cubes
Serves 2
Process all 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
Pour into 2 medium glasses.
