1 pound cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 egg
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and well drained
1 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (26 to 32 ounces)
8 ounces lasagna, uncooked
1 cup water
Servings: 8
1. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. In a greased 9 × 13-inch baking pan, layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 of noodles, and 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat. Top w/ remaining noodles. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese. Pour water around edges of baking dish.

2. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until bubbly, at 350ºF. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
