8 pounds ham, roast beef, or corned beef
50 hamburger buns
3 quarts White Sauce (Cheese Sandwich Sauce, American or Cheddar or Swiss)
Servings: 50
1. Wafer-slice meat into 12x10x2-inch pans. Cover and heat to 165°F.

2. To serve, place open bun on plate. Portion 2 1/2 oz meat on bottom half of bun.

3. Ladle 1 1/2 oz (No. 30 dipper) sauce over meat.
