2 pounds ground beef
OR
2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup with Worcestershire)
1 egg
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
Servings: 4
Combine all ingredients. Smoosh together with hands. Form into eight 3-inch balls. Put in square glass baking dish. Microwave for 25-30 minutes. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap loosely. Pour off liquid. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
