3 ounces Smoked Tomato Field Roast
2 slices provolone cheese
2 slices tomato
2 hollow rounds onion, thin sliced
1 leaf lettuce
4 tablespoons pesto sandwich sauce (recipe follows)
1 piece focaccia, sliced in half

PESTO DRESSING
2 tablespoons pesto
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Servings: 1
1. Prepare pesto dressing by combining pesto, olive oil and red wine vinegar.

2. Spread pesto dressing on both pieces of focaccia.

3. Layer Field Roast, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions and lettuce on top of one slice of bread. Top with remaining piece of bread.

4. Grill if desired.
