2 oz. Lemon Mix
1/2 oz. Egg White
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
shake with ice, strain into a champagne flute. garnish with cherry

2 oz. Heavy Cream
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at a low speed. Pour
into a champagne flute and serve.

1.25 oz. Sugar Syrup
2 oz. Strawberry Puree
1.5 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
Shake recipe with ice, strain over ice and top with 2 oz
Champagne
0.25 Banana
1.0 Cherry
2.0 oz Coconut Cream
1.0 oz Peach Schnapps
2.0 oz Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients except cherry in a blender with ice. Blend
until smooth, and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with
cherry.
