Shake/ stir recipe with ice, a shot of chilled water and strain over
ice.
Option to muddle one cherry and 1/4 oz sugar syrup in base
mixing glass to sweeten drink.

1 3/4 oz. Dark Rum
Put the sugar cubes in the glass with a teaspoon or glass stirrer
and fill the glass half full with boiling water. Stir to dissolve the
sugar and add the rum.
2 oz. Club Soda
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
Mix Sugar and Club Soda in a highball glass and wait for Sugar to
dissolve.
Add Rum and stir.

6 oz. Mineral Water
1 oz. Triple Sec
Add four teaspoons of powdered sugar.
Stir with ice.

Have all ingredients well-chilled. Place diced pineapple with its
juice in a large glass punch bowl, sprinkle with sugar and add
brandy. Let stand in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours...

Warm the glass, put the sugar cubes and rum in it, top up with hot
coffee, and stir. Float the cream on top of the coffee.
