* 1-1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 onion, sliced
* 1 bell pepper, sliced
* 1/2 cup steamed mushrooms
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 12 oz can diet 7-Up

Arrange chicken in a 3 quart casserole and top with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350¡ for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
