2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
Small Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Pineapple Wedge
1 1/2 oz. Rum Cream Liqueur
1 oz. Coco Lopez
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Mix all ingredients, except pineapple stick, with cracked ice in a
blender and pour into a chilled Hurricane or Collins glass.
Do not over mix.
Garnish with pineapple stick.
