4 Apples
1 Lemon
3 tbsp. Sugar
1pinch Cinnamon
3 bottles White Wine
1 bottle Sparkling Wine

Peel, core, and finely chop the apples. Peel the lemon in a spiral
and reserve the peel. squeeze the juice fron the lemon, put the
chopped apple in the punch bowl, and immediatly pour the lemon
juice over the apple. Add the sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon,
pour 1 bottle of white wine over the fruit, cover, and refridgerate
for 5 to 6 hours. Add the remaining white winr and champagne or
sparkling wine.
