Recipe Feeder
½ cup Oil
2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cup Apples
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Pecans
***TOPPING***
1 cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Milk
Heat oven to 325f. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with electric mixer until well blended & mixture is stiff. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
Topping: mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 min. Pour over hot cake.
