6 Chicken pieces 1 cn Cream of chicken
1 cn Cream of celery -soup (undiluted)
-soup (undiluted) 1 1/2 c Grated Colby longhorn
1 c Cooking sherry -cheese
6 servings
Place chicken pieces in a greased flat pan. Mix together in a separate
bowl the soups and cooking sherry, stirring well. Pour over chicken. Top
with grated cheese. Serve over rice. Leftovers freeze well.
