The classic Bananas Froster dessert is banana sauteed in rum and brown sugar, served over vanilla ice cream. In this "Froster", these flavors are now in a glass. Yum!

1/4 cup half-and-half cream (or milk)
2 tbsp. banana-flavored liqueur (such as Creme de banane), 1oz
1/2 tbsp. dark (navy) rum (1/4oz)
1 tsp. brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup crushed ice
Serves 1
Measure first 4 ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Add crushed ice.
Replace lid.
Hold firmly and shake vigorously until cold and sugar is dissolved.
Strain through sieve into small glass.
Makes about 1/2 cup.

Serving suggestion:
For a delectable difference, dampen rim of glass with lemon wedge, or dip into lemon juice in saucer.
Press into brown sugar in separate saucer until coated.
