Beef Noodle Bake

1 pound ground beef
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
4 cups noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 pound Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Servings: 6
1. In a large skillet, brown meat; drain. Add tomato sauce, onions and green bell peppers; mix well. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Layer noodles, cheese, and meat mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with additional cheese, sliced, if desired.
