Recipe Feeder
8 to 12 ice cubes 8 to 12
2 tsp fresh lemon juice 10 mL
1/2 cup tomato juice 125 mL
3/8 cup vodka 100 mL
2 drops Worcestershire sauce 2 drops
2 drops Tabasco 2 drops
freshly ground black pepper
dash of celery salt (optional)
a lemon wedge or celery stalk to garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the lemon juice, tomato juice, vodka, Wocestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Season with a few grindings of black pepper. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously. Strain the drink into an 8-oz/250-mL wine glass. Sprinkle the top with a dash of celery salt if you wish.

Garnish with a lemon wedge or celery stalk.
Chef's Note

To serve this drink on-the-rocks, strain into an 8-oz/250-mL highball glass filled with 2 or 3 ice cubes.
