4 cups blueberries
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
Servings: 6
1. Put berries in shallow baking dish or deep 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with lemon rind.
2. Blend remaining ingredients and sprinkle on berries.
3. Bake in preheated moderate oven (375F) about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
