Coffee with a sweet, Mexican twist.

Orange Dream Topping:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup Orange Dream Liqueur (or brandy)
1 tbsp. Icing (confectioners') sugar


4 cups hot strong prepared coffee (see Note)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua), 2oz
2 tbsp. cocoa, sifted if lumpy
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Serves 4
Orange Dream Topping:
Beat first 3 ingredients in small bowl until soft peaks form.
Makes about 1 cup topping.
Chill

Measure next 5 ingredients into heatproof pitcher.
Stir well.
Makes about 5 cups.
Pour into 4 large mugs.
Spoon 1/4 cup topping onto each.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.

Serving suggestion:
Sprinkle finely grated orange zest over topping for added zip!
