1 cup shredded carrot 250 mL
1 cup shredded cabbage 250 mL
1 cup chopped spring onion 250 mL
1 red chillie diced 1
1 green chillie diced 1
1/2 cup gram flour 125 mL
1/4 cup rice flour 60 mL
1 tsp salt 5 mL
2 tbsp oil 30 mL

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Heat a flat frying pan with some oil and pour all the batter and fry like an omelette. Wait till crispy and take and serve.
Chef's Note

Full of protein and vitamins. It is best eaten hot.
