1 whole Champagne
1 cup Crystallized Ginger
2 whole Shallot -- chopped
1/2 whole Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce
1/2 whole Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 2/3 oz. Cattlemen's Smoky Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 1/8 cup Yellow Onion, Chopped
2 whole Lemon
Combine first three ingredients in a 1 gallon heavy-gauge sauce pot. Reduce by half. Combine remaining ingredients with reduced sauce and simmer for 2 hours. Strain. Keep refrigerated.
