[Help!] Cheese/Potato roll recipe help

Hi, first time poster.
I need help in finding the recipe to a dish that they used to serve at my junior school.
I was sure that the name of the dish was 'Dutch Cheese Rolls' but when I search for that name I do not find any results.
The dish was mashed potato with lots of cheese in that was formed into approximately the same size/shape as a sausage, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried, can anyone help with this please ?
