Pretty, light, purple sparkling punch with a delicate dash of lemon.
12 1/2 oz can of frozen concentrated lemonade, partially thawed
4 cups club soda
4 cups ginger ale
6 tbsp. cherry brandy (3oz)
14 oz can of pitted Bing cherries, drained
Serves 20
Measure first 3 ingredients into small punch bowl.
Stir gently until concentrated lemonade is dissolved.
Add brandy and cherries.
Stir.
Makes about 11 cups.
Variation (without alcohol):
Omit cherry brandy.
Reserve syrup from canned cherries.
Add 1/2 cup reserved syrup to punch.
