- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, or other
- 4 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a skillet. Cut chicken into strips or chunks and brown in butter. Transfer chicken to a greased casserole dish. Add ranch dressing, cheese and crumbled bacon to chicken and mix well. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
