This recipe was very well thought out and is advised to be eaten at lunch.

Ingredients for two people:

- 6 chicken sausage;
- 150 grams of pasta foods;
- A can of mushrooms;
- Asparagus;
- Olive oil and light soy cream;
- Onion and garlic;

Preparation

Boil pasta in water seasoned with salt;
In a pan with a thread of olive oil and when it starts to boil add the garlic olive oil and asparagus. Cook for two minutes;
Add the sausages and mushrooms cut in pieces;
In the end it all together with the dough and add the cream soy light;
Serve immediately.
