1 pound Yogurt
4 tablespoon Lime Juice
4 teaspoon Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Cumin
1½ teaspoon Ginger
1 dash Cayenne
6 Chicken Breasts
1 large Onion, Finely Chopped
1 large Green Pepper, Finely Chopped
In large bowl, stir together yogurt, coriander,lime juice, cumin, garlic, ginger, salt, cayenne and turmeric. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover mixture and chicken with peppers and onions. Cover. Chill overnight. Prepare hot coals or preheat oven broiler for 10 mins. Turn and cook until done, approximately 20 mins. Baste with marinade throughout cooking.
