1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Half & Half
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice
12 Chocolate Chips

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth in a Tall Specialty glass.
