Recipe Feeder
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. white chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
1 c. chopped dried apricots
1 c. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla;
beat well. In separate bowl combine next 4 ingredients and blend
into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate, apricots and nuts. Use an
ice cream scoop or 1/4 c. measuring cup, drop dough onto
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until set. Cool
slightly and remove from cookie sheet. About dozen 3 1/2 inch
cookies.
