15 ounce Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 medium Tomato, Cut In 1/2" or 1cm Cubes
1 medium Green Pepper, Chopped
1 small Red Pepper, Chopped
1 cup Celery, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Finely Minced
½ Cucumber, Seeded & Finely Chopped Pickled
1 Scallion, Chopped
½ teaspoon Hot Sauce
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a med size mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, olive oil, vinegar and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Top each serving with a garnish of either croutons, yogurt and chopped chives, shredded lettuce or parsley. Serve chilled.
