1 oz. Orange Juice
n/a Champagne
0.68 oz. Mandarine Napoleon
0.68 oz. Orange Bitters

Combine orange juice, mandarin liqueur (I recommend Mandarin
Napoleon specially) and BOLS Bitter Orange in a shaker half-filled
with ice.
Strain into a flute and top with chilled champagne (or cava, an
excellent Spanish wine denomination, maybe not as good as Moet
Chandon or Don Perignon, but for sure with a better ratio
quality/prize)
