1 1/2 oz Rum
1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz. Sour Mix
2 Orange Slice
1 Lemon Slice
Fill glass with ice.
Add rum, triple sec, and sour mix.
Fill remainder of glass with grapefruit juice.
Stir and garnish with orange and lemon wedges.
