Cocoa-Nutty Topping

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in cocoa.
Blend in brown sugar.
Gradually stir in milk.
Add coconut and nuts.
Spread mixture over top of a 9x13x2" rectangular cake.
Place 3 to 4" under broiler.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes.
