1 quart Coconut purée or unsweetened coconut milk
4 fluid ounces Heavy cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
Yield: 36 fluid ounces
1. Combine the coconut purée or coconut milk, cream and vanilla in a small bowl. Blend well with a whisk. Chill before serving.

2. Yield: 1 qt. 4 fl. oz.

Yield: 36 fluid ounces
