2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped dried apricots
Cream Cheese Frosting

Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1". Beat eggs, sugar, butter, water and half the cake mix (dry) until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix, the coconut and apricots. Spread in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool; spread with frosting. Cut into bars, 3 x 1 1/2".
